ABOUT
Welcome to Villa Nomadica.
We are Willemien & Pim and we are proud to present to you our newly renovated villa in Lanzarote.
We have been coming to Playa Blanca since 2011 and fell in love with Lanzarote, the sunny skies and allround great climate offer a welcome change from our hometown in the Netherlands during the winter months.
We also run a Sailing Center in Marina Rubicon Lanzarote for Youth to Olympic athletes from October to March and use the villa as our private residence during this time.
During the summer months we offer our beautiful villa and Playa Blanca to guests!

OUR VILLA
Villa Nomadica is a large 220m2 holiday villa and includes:
4 Bedrooms
3 Bathrooms
2 Livingrooms with TV
2 Kitchens fully equipped
Large outdoor area with BBQ/kitchen
BEDROOMS
Our 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people:
1 Masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom
2 downstair bedrooms with 2 single beds each.

Breakfast & Welcome
Although there is no breakfast service in our villa we always have a welcome package with coffee & water for arriving guests. There are plenty of breakfast bars and cafés within walking distance.

Our garden includes a large swimmingpool, sunbeds, BBQ & outdoor kitchen, large outdoor lounge and patio area
Pool
Our Villa has a large 3mx7m outdoor pool and sunbed area
Free Wifi
Villa Nomadica offers free wifi everywhere in the villa
Cleaning & Poolcleaning
Our standard terms are weekly cleanings with new towels and our outdoor pool gets cleaned twice a week.

THINGS TO DO
Wineries Tour - La Geria
Just north of Playa Blanca the local wine region of La Geria offers a spectacular drive through volcanic vineyards and the possibility to visit local bodega wineries.
Timanfaya Volcanic Natural Park
Lanzarote as part of the Canary Islands is a Volcanic island. Timanfaya is a 20min drive from Playa Blanca and its prestine untouched nature offers spectacular craters and panoramic views.
Market Tour - Marina Rubicon
Every Wednesday and Saturday a local market is open from 09.00-14.00 in Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca. Explore local foods and products and walk around the beautiful marina.
Leisure & Sport Activities
Lanzarote is a very sporty island with good cycling roads, running tracks, public padel and tennis courts it offers something from everyone!
Surfing
From beginner to expert level, the Canary Islands and in particular Lanzarote offer a variety of waves at beachbreaks and point breaks. Best time to surf is from September to April with winter swells coming into the Canary Islands. Playa de Famara is a 40min drive north and offers surfrentals, classes, coaching etc.
Beaches - Playa Papagayo
Playa Blanca has some of the most beautifull beaches in Lanzarote. with Playa Flamingo within 10 min walking distance and Playa Papagayo with its natural cliffs, bays and cristal blue waters close by, beach days are guaranteed!
